ZKWR 100 is a new generation superplasticizer with a high level of water reduction, which significantly reduces the water-cement ratio, increasing the workability and mechanical properties of concrete.
Benefits
- Improves the early and final compressive and tensile strength of concrete, as well as its watertightness.
- High water absorption properties enable the production of concrete with a low water-cement ratio. Enables corrosion-free concrete production.
- Enables the production of concrete with a low water-cement ratio without the risk of sagging and segregation.
- Minimizes formwork time.
- Increases concrete wear resistance by minimizing segregation and bleeding.
- Reduces the time required to install resin-based floor coverings on fresh concrete.
- Increases frost resistance of concrete.
- Simple formwork placement saves energy from vibration.
- Easy setting in densely reinforced sections and the production of impermeable concrete with a smooth surface. • Ensures early production of high-strength concrete at low temperatures.
- Compatible with all types of cement.
• ZKWR 100% chlorine-free.
Applications
- Suitable for ready-mixed concrete
- Production of ready-mixed concrete (with or without a pump)
- Production of self-compacting concrete
- Production of concrete that readily sets into densely reinforced concrete elements
- Production of various types of concrete, such as reinforced, unreinforced, lightweight, or heavy concrete
• Production of high-performance concrete
Dosage and application method
The water reducer is used at a rate of 0.3-1.5% of the total binder content. The aggregates and general binders (cement-silica slag) should be mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After adding 70% of the water to the dry mix, add the water reducer to the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
Packaging
Storage and Shelf Life
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in unopened and undamaged original packaging. Shake packaged products before use.
